Cybersecurity researchers have recently uncovered a new information stealer called Cuckoo targeting Apple macOS systems. The malware is designed to establish persistence on infected hosts and function as a spyware. Dubbed Cuckoo by Kandji, it is a universal Mach-O binary capable of running on both Intel- and Arm-based Macs. The exact distribution vector is currently unclear.
